Growing up in a hardworking family with conservative Christian values, I have called many places home around St Louis. This has brought a great perspective on the various neighborhoods that make up our Greater St. Louis Community. My background growing up and successfully working in the construction industry has covered everything from new construction to home remodeling and maintenance to investment property acquisition and support. My vast experience in this industry brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients in the buying and selling process and resources that extend beyond the closing date. As a newly licensed Realtor in 2003, I got a taste for the real estate world. I continued with my growth and experience in the construction realm, until 2014, when I joined Keller Williams. It was at that time that I decided to "hang up my toolbelt" and pursue real estate full time. In 2020, as the business continued to grow, the decision was made to build a team of rockstars to better serve our clients and build a legacy for decades to come. Renee Taylor joined the team first as our Admin and works behind the scenes to make sure our agents and clients are set up for success. Renee's role in marketing, client care, and systems creation lets our agents focus on our clients. Kate Thompson and Jenna Grab joined the team next, specializing in helping our buyer clients every step of the way toward their dreams of home ownership. Working closely alongside Josh, they have brought to our clients strong communication skills, creative thinking strategies to navigate those inevitable bumps in the road, and a passion for helping people on their real estate journeys. Together, we have built a strong, cohesive team that focuses on making sure our clients get the best 5 star experience. We have sold several hundred homes at this point and rank in the top 2% of Realtors in the Great St Louis Area.
