efs:Access is specifically designed to help qualified families afford senior living for their senior. Communities that offer our efs:Access product can significantly increase the census and reduce past due accounts. efs:Access is an interest only loan, with an affordable payment schedule, no prepayment penalty and the flexibility to have multiple family members participate in the loan. Payments go directly to the senior living community and the loans are made by M&I bank, a $58 billion national, diversified financial institution established in 1847.
EFS selects senior living organizations who share our passion for serving families who care for their seniors. Together, we work to offer efs:Access to qualified residents and their families. EFS has 2 participation levels for senior living communities in our EFS Network....1) Members and 2) Affiliates. Both
Members and Affiliates of our network receive a variety of benefits. To maintain our quality and support standards, we only offer our program to senior living communities within our network.
